1. Ticket Purchase & Payment

• By purchasing a ticket for this event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Tickets must be purchased through our website at therisingnetwork.com. All payments for tickets are processed securely via our online payment system. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

• All tickets sold are non-refundable. Once the transaction is completed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to event cancellation, changes in personal schedules, or other reasons.

3. Event Cancellations & Rescheduling

• In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the event organizer, you will be notified promptly. Refunds may be offered if the event is entirely cancelled (excluding any additional costs like booking fees), at the discretion of the event organizer.

4. Non-Transferable Tickets

• Tickets are non-transferable. Once purchased, the ticket holder may not transfer their ticket to another person under any circumstances. If the ticket holder is unable to attend, they will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.

5. Event Access

• The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to the event at their discretion, for reasons such as, but not limited to, security concerns, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with event guidelines.

6. Event Changes

• The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to the event date, time, venue, and performer lineup. Changes will be communicated to ticket holders, but no refunds will be issued due to such changes.

7. Photography & Video Consent

• By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that photography, audio recording, and video recording may occur throughout the event.
• You grant the event organizer the right to use your image, likeness, and voice in any media (including but not limited to promotional material, advertising, and social media) without compensation or further permission.
• If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please notify the event organizers in advance or during the event.

8. GDPR Compliance & Data Privacy

• By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as required for ticketing and event management purposes. This includes the collection of your name, contact details, and any additional information you provide at the time of registration.
• Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We ensure that your data is kept safe and used only for purposes related to the event, such as ticketing, updates, and event communication.
• You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting the event organizer at [email protected]. 

9. Liability

• The ticket holder assumes all risks related to attending the event. The event organizer is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event.
